Hello. I just ported my number to Public Mobile today, so I paid for my subscription. As i was exploring the menu, I tapped change plan to know what are the available options. I saw a higher data offer thats the same monthly fee as my current subscription, its a no brainer so i changed plan. However I paid the same amount as i initially paid. So i basically double paid for my subscription today. What’s gonna happen? Should i get a refund or credits, etc? Please help

Do you recall if you chose the option to change your subscription on your next renewal date?

oh, you use Change Now option and that allows PM to charge you new plan immediately.
ask PM to help. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
