I want to port out my number to Freedom Mobile, but they are getting errors with my public mobile account. It is active and the number is valid! I never got the 90-minute text from public mobile either. PLEASE HELP!!! I have submitted two tickets and it’s been 12 hours no one has contacted me

Phone rebooted multiple times. Called freedom mobile twice and they can’t get a hold of PM to authorize number port. I have already submitted two ticket requests and no reply. It’s been about 14 hours

check if you can receive regular text from friend. Maybe reboot the phone once
and you can ask your new provider to re-submit the port request after you reboot the phone
last, maybe PM can help. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
