This is every month adventure. 40 mins up to 2 hrs to make a payment
No option on mobile app as payment is in "upcoming" status, but serviceis already suspended.... *611 asks for pin, no pin record in any communication emails or messages.
So frustrating 😫

if you were to log in to your account on the app, tap the Account tab > scroll down to find Reset Pin Number...there you can update your pin. Make sure to use a pin that you'll remember this time.

What you have to do is activate autopy - Subscribed

OR if you prefer manual payment have your CC registered with PM and then few days before bill day to to Payments and add funds or redeem voucher.

we all have Autopay enabled and we don't have trouble. it renew monthly seamlessly with no service disruption.
Check if your Autopay Enabled. Login My Account, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and check if "Subscribed" is toggled on.
