Resolved! eSIM

Hi, I just subscribed a plan, and purchased a SIM card. However, I need the SIM card by this Thursday and I am not able to get it. Can I switch to eSIM without a physical SIM card?

Long distance

I changed my plan so that I could  call the UK. It will not connect and it is not one of the restricted numbers. Tried chatbot and 611. Not getting anything useful from either. Any ideas on how to actually get this resolved?

Payment

My credit card info was not up to date when payment was due. Without any warning my service was stopped?  Can they not send a reminder before stopping service. Not acceptable.
