Hello, I have already paid with a payment voucher the money is in my acct , I am needing my service back on please, my plan was the 40 dollar plan and also need my auto pay cancelled as i cannot get into the app it is not allowing me do make changes , thank you 🙂

Un install the app and reinstall and try it again. Or see if there is a way to refresh the app. If it still doesn't work, submit a ticket in the chatbot by typing agent.
