Request for cancellation

I've talked to multiple agents. I've reset my network settings. Apparently it's been escalated and now they're closing it because they think it's fixed. Nothing has been done. No calls or data

excessive data usage recorded

Anyone else have this problem since Oct 2024? Uploads are resulting in quadrupling of file size. 2.95GB YouTube upload recorded as 12.4GB. 5pg document recorded as 1.4GB. Can't get pas Public's AI gate keeper. Useless Telus system.
