can not install sim

Hi

I am an existing customer with existing public mobile number. I left Canada for a year while putting my number on minimal subscription but when I come back, I found that my number is not working.

I then try to buy a new number, the purchase is successful but I can not install eSIM.

I also didn't get any email on installing eSIM.

 

Urgen. need help!!! Thanks!

What is the make and model of your phone so we can check if it is eSIM compatible?

Why, of Why people love this eSIM stuff????
It is not transferrable; it fails occasionally; some have difficulty installing it.

Physical SIM is way more dependable and easier to handle and maintain.

If you DID pay for a year then your account should be active. Try to log in to My Account to see if your account still exist. If not, what did you pay FOR then?

First and foremost, you must make sure your phone can accept eSIM. Personally, I'd stick with a physical SIM card. If you ordered an eSIM and you didn't get the email, please contact a Customer Service Agent via the little chatbot at the bottom right corner of the page.
