My username still exists but was unable to sign in. Just kept asking me to create a new account. Are other people experiencing this issue?

If you have stopped payment for longer than 90 days then your account will be closed, SIM stops working and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.
But if you kept up with monthly payment then you will need the assistance of an agent to help you login to your account.
Click on Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket.

Did you sign up for the Eversafe login system before?
Starting in May 2023, all community members need to switch over to Eversafe login.

No issues here.
You do NOT have to have PM phone service in order to be a Community member.
See if there is 'change password' option. Use clean browser on Computer.
