Need to change email address

Hi, I joined Public Mobile with a work email I no longer have access to. I still have a Public Mobile account/phone number, but can't sign in because I cannot access my email. Thanks

To PM, the email to login just a login ID. you should still able to use it to login.  Go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe id and you can update the email address

But if you really cannot login, you will need PM to help.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
