Transferring my number from public mobile

I tried to send this message through Public mobile Community but I kept receiving error messages in red even after correcting all the errors. Here is the information requested:

Phone number: 343-xxx-xxxx

Full name: John xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Email address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Rate plan: 1GB of Canada-wide data at 4G speed up to 100 Mbps for $19/month.

I have been with public mobile since August 2024.

I would like to transfer this number 343-558-9130 to video-tron. The number can't receive Short Message Service, this is the reason I couldn't reply to your message. If you can send me an email or send the Short Message Service to my alternate number 613-xxx-xxxx will be glad to respond. The system didn't let me add my family name.

I did port my number to Videotron and the account number as well. The PM account is still active. Since my number doesn't accept SMS I can't reply to any text. I am trying to use my alternate number on file to solve the problem.

If your account is still active. Your PM plan have unlimited texting. The short message is for the 2FA code to access your account.

If you are porting into Videotron, they will put a request to PM to send you a confirmation that you are porting Videotron. You will need to reply with YES to confirm and porting process will proceed.

hi @A-50 remove your phone number and personal details, we are just customers here

yo port your number to Videotron, login My Account and get the account number.  Also, male sure the PM account is still active 

Go to Videotron and activate and provide them the P. account number .  PM will send you a text later and you need to reply yes to approve
