Same email - 2 accounts

I am trying to update my payment information as my credit card will soon be expired. When I try to log in with my email or use my cell # to get a code to reset my password, they both get me into my husband's public mobile account. I can see his payment information, not mine.

I received a text as a reminder to update my credit card info, but I can't get logged into my own account. Help!

If you enter the second number into the first account. The second number will supersede the first number so you can’t have 2 numbers under the same account.

The best way to separate the account is to login to each account on that phone…you login to your account on the PM app your phone and your husband login his account on his phone. You can use the same password for both accounts to minimize confusion.

Contact a CS_Agent to straight out the login.

Hello @houseofshannons

I would suggest you contact a customer service person to get help trying to figure out what email address was used and maybe they can help you reset things. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions to identify that it's your account.

If you have any issues, you can purchase a voucher and use 611 on your phone to upload it as a temporary measure.

@houseofshannons  you can’t use same email for two accounts each account needs its own email , if your using the same device to try and log into both accounts you have to clear the cache and use new window or delete app and reinstall the app when you log into different account using same device . So best to just use the device the specific account belongs to to not worry about cache issues
