3g 30 day usage charge

I recently (mid June) renewed my plan, and for some reason, I see a 3g, 30-day usage charge on my account.  My plan was upgraded to LTE at that time and did not have any access to data from mid-May to mid-June.Please get this charge rescinded

Factory Reset Phone, ESim Wiped Out, Need New One

I had to factory reset my phone. My ESim was wiped out in the reset. I need a new one, but I can't get a new one because 2-factor authentication sends a text to my phone number, which I can't receive until I get a new ESim. Please help.

no dial tone or busy tone.

When making a call almost 90% of calls, I will not hear either a ringing sound or a busy sound. The recipient will pick up the call if its not busy but there is a long silence when making the call which makes me think there is something wrong.

Number suspended

Hi ,my number was suspended due to card expiry (i think) . I logged in and entered updated card info however now it wants me to select and activate a new number. How do I ensure I only reactivate existing number and do not pay for new number

calls not working
