I had two payments took out my banking account this month but my cell still has no service for the pass few days , why is that ? 🤔

Double charged and no service. When you finally get in touch with an agent to fix, you should ask for a bill credit as compensation for your inconvenience. Good luck.

did  you login My Account to confirm if account is active? sometimes the money was taken but got stuck in renewing the plan.

if you need PM's help, submit them a ticket.

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

if you're certain that you were charged X 2, click that orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support....if that fails, use this link instead..
