I bought a new e-sim on the app. I wanted to receive a new number. Instead, the system simply assigned to the my old number which I had in another device to the new e-sim. I need a solution to receive my new number in the e-sim and keep the old sim and my old number in the other device. Can you help?

Careful. If the old number is changed to a new number, the old number is permanently lost. I believe that @FZT is trying to create a new number in addition to his old number.

If you just want to change your number to a random number maybe you can use the option "Change Phone Number" on the app in the "Account" section.

Did you use the same email address to purchase the new esim?
You needed to use a different email address for the new esim in order to create a brand new account and a new number.

It sounds like you are trying to have 2 number on one account. You can't do this 1 number 1 account 1 email. If your old phone can't use an esim you will need to buy a new sim card as they are not reusable.
