I purchased a SIM card in April and paid for a plan. just getting around to switching over and the final step is not working. help

to finish the activation process, download the Public Mobile app to your cell, create your account and activate.

sim card does not have any expiry, so a card you got from April would have no problem beingused now
do you have a subscription with PM and you try to change sim card?
how did you switch the sim card? did you login to My Account or the PM app and update it on the Profile or Account page?
