Like many other people I have been double billed. This has been happening for the past 3 months since I signed up. The CS_agent I've been messaging is blaming the credit card company, but I see many reports of others experiencing the same problem. On my account history it says the second charge is a 'top up' fee, althought the CS_Agent says only one fee has been charged. Can someone please help me? They agent is no longer responding, and this is the second time I've tried to deal with this.

Credit card companies do not charge customers, only the merchant that you authorized to debit you.
How much is the top up fee? Could it be for extra charges when you run out of data? PM do send text messages for customers when they have run out and it will automatically be charged to the cc on file.
If your sure that this is not the case, you have to keep messaging them only they can fix it.

I have already submitted 2 tickets. They get me nowhere.
