Am I able to change my plan to $29 per month Promo expiring March 17th 2025?

Grab the deal now and have it change on your Next Renewal Date. Your current plan will expire on your renewal date and the promo plan will replace your old plan.

Don’t click on Change Now because PM ismm MK a prepaid plan and you will not be prorated for unused days and you will be bill for the new phone plan right away.

You can schedule plan change to desired plan ONLY if it appears on your PM account.
If you do not see it then it is for NEW customers ONLY and you cannot have it.

If you go on to the app, go to change subscriptions. If it's there, then yes you can change to it. But change it it for renewal date, not right away. If it's not there, then Public Mobile won't allow you to switch to it even know this is a prepaid service. If you REALLY want this plan and don't care about your phone number, you can always start a new plan with the plan you want and just let the other plan expire and don't renew it. Just turn off auto renewal. If you want to keep your number, sign up for a new plan with a temporary number, port out the number you want to another provider (find the cheapest) and then after a week, go into your account and port your number back. It's sad we as valued customers have to do this.
