If I got it wrong...well, edit out the Solution. The link provided by softech will be your best bet...just keep an eye on the little envelop icon on top right side of the page. Click on it when it's highlighted as that's where they'll send your response. Good luck wherever you go.

Sure its been one year no help from your team as for the community they don't know what to do they are all lost like everyone else. You guys hide behind computers watch your CUSTOMERS go AROUND in CIRCLES lost AND hope less with no help or direction to fix problems. Just take payments for services when it due. The way you send us notifications for payments its the same was you should send notifications for our programs for your services

log in to your account / Profile / Manage Eversafe ID. You should find spot in there to edit your email address.
