Need to change old email I have no access too.

  • How do I change my old email to log into my account. It keeps sending the link to old email and I don't have that email nomore. Its been months I have been trying to fix this with no help or access from this company. Almost 1 year now. I am about to get this service out of my life and go with chart. Your service is no good its all for our money and no assistance to fit nothing. One year smh i need to to get this email fix to get my account number now

I could be crazy...dunno. Try to resist temptation to be sarcastic to Community Forum members...we just trying to help until Customer Support helps you. If I got it wrong...well, edit out the Solution.  The link provided by softech will be your best bet...just keep an eye on the little envelop icon on top right side of the page. Click on it when it's highlighted as that's where they'll send your response. Good luck wherever you go.

Sure its been one year no help from your team as for the community they don't know what to do they are all lost like everyone else. You guys hide behind computers watch your CUSTOMERS go AROUND in CIRCLES lost AND hope less with no help or direction to fix problems. Just take payments for services when it due. The way you send us notifications for payments its the same was you should send notifications for our programs for your services

log in to your account / Profile / Manage Eversafe ID. You should find spot in there to edit your email address.
