I was charged 2 days early prior my subscription change on and still got charged for the new one.

I had set a subscription change on my renewal on March 21st, but I was charged on March 19th for my current subscription then. On March 21st, the new subscription was activated and I was charged for it again. Does anyone know how I can get a refund?

you probably don't want your personal account info posted here...there could be some ne'er-do wells around. Edit out you personal info so you don't get into trouble. Click that little down arrow, top right side to edit out info.

It looks like you were given a credit. Log into self service and see what your Available Funds are.
