New customer. Just signed up and paid. Then realized I signed up wrong plan and changed plan to higher one and got charged again for that. Can I get a refund of first amount paid. All happened in a matter of minutes. Help

So do I, I think I realized I subscribed the wrong plan around 20mins. But they said I should have read all e terms and understood them.

All good. Customer support agent gave me a credit because all happened within minutes and could see it was an error. Response was quick. Excellent customer service support!

@Dean99 When you change plan you are offered two options, either change now or change on renewal. If you select change now you are charged immediately and the plan takes effect immediately with no refund for the original plan. So in future make sure to select "change on renewal" when you change plan so that it kicks in at the next renewal date and you don't lose anything.
