actually the best place to buy a sim card is via Amazon.ca, only $5
but if you want to buy sim card in person, buy from Telus or Koodo or MobileKlink

hi @HorseArcher
first, all sim card in Canada are one time use, once you activated an eSIM, the old sim card will not be able to reuse, this is same for all carriers
but on the other hand, don't let the "noise" upset you. You are not wasting time. Contact Support agent and they will help and resolve it for you

Along list of issues
1. I purchased an eSIM for a newer iPhone (XR) using this number ###-#######
2. I deactivated the SIM on my old iPhone (6s)
3. I decided to switch back to my 6s, but could not re-activate my SIM. I was told I needed to purchase a new SIM.
I told you, I think this is wrong, I purchased the SIM years ago and a new eSIM and I should have the ability to switch. I was told, that I needed to purchase a new one.
4. This morning, I attempted to purchase a new SIM for the 6x. Your system told me the payment could not be processed and to try again later. I tried again and now I have two charges on my credit card for $11.20.
You should know that I am super frustrated with how Telus is handling Public Mobile. I am considering switching my service.

Hello
Personally, I wouldn't waste your time with customer service on a few levels. One, you won't get your money back, you'll just get a credit. Two, having a second one as a back up in case you lose your phone or it's damaged, you have a back up. Three, if you have a friend who wants to join, you sell him that one and you've not only got your money back but you earn referral credits. Just saying, you have to ask yourself if going back and forth with customer service is worth the $10 credit on your account vs what I've said above.

hi @HorseArcher
sim card order is usually non-refundable. But f it was a mistake, PM support agent should be able to help.
