Transfer from PM to Freedom but no SMS services

I am traveling abroad. I took a public mobile package without noticing that it does,t cover outside Canada and America 

I have got a new package on freedom mobile and I want to transfer public mobile number to freedom mobile who has sent the request to public mobile but authorization SMS is not coming as I am in Pakistan. How can Public mobile give me authorization..Can it be done on email. There is a 90 minutes window after Freedom mobile sends transfer req in which I have to give authorization to Public mobile to transfer my old number

@MSChaudhry - You may be out of luck since you ARE in Pakistan. PM doesn't work there.
