I have paid for my plan but the phone number transfer failed.
PM requested for account no and mobile phone number and i didnt get any of those. How do i get these info so i can actually use the services i paid?

Are you port out of PM? You just login to your account and it will be posted.
Or are you porting into PM? You will get this from your previous carrier.

Are you a new Public mobile customer? Did you try to port over a number from another mobile company? Do you have any service?
If you are porting from another company, you will need to provide Public mobile your old company's account number, phone number and account holder name. If you can't provide that information, then PM can port your number over. You could get a new temporary number.
