Hi! need to activate my SIM card
i paid for my services already since last week and i would like to have my services turned on plss

You won’t be charged until the SIM is activated on the PM app.

@Zabelle , are you able to continue with the activation process now that you have received your SIM card? If the account was created previously, you should be able to access it to continue the process. Make sure to use the app.

did you use the Public Mobile app? if you are just using browser, it wasn't done, you need to use Public Mobile app to finish it, please download and login and complete the rest of the steps
if you used the app and got to the end, may I know if you have physical or esim?
