Ticket fails to submit and I cannot seem to direct message cs_agent. I think its my EDGE browser but that is what I have. Thanks.

why don't you download Chrome? it is quick and easy
and use this to message CS_agent

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
