Trying to activate new subscription, and the phone doesn't support an esim. So I bought a physical one, and now I still can't activate the subscription.
Why?

You can only activate the SIM on the PM app on your phone. You can’t do it right online anymore.

Hi there, if you first selected esim and then tried to use a physical sim, you may have to notify PM so they can change it from esim to physical sim, you can do so by messaging them here:

what error you got? what steps of activation you got to? give us more information
and make sure your sim card is brand new never used, and make sure it is a Public Mobile sim card

@Timberley Since you haven’t activated yet you need support to sim swap the number to physical sim for you
