missing sim card

Hello

I ordered a SIM card for new plan activation back on Nov 29th, it’s been a month and still no sim card has arrived.

also, the plan I signed up for ($35 for 50 gb USA/Canada/Mexico) is now better deal for same price but 25gb more plus international minutes. I would like to switch to this plan considering I still have not even used the service yet despite ordering a month ago!

can someone please help me?

Go to your local Telus/Koodo store and pick up then contact a CS_Agent for a refund for the SIM you ordered. Agents are very understanding.

you'll have to get Customer Support to change your plan before you actually activate your account. You can get an esim instantly if your cellphone is esim ready...otherwise go to Mobile Klinik in your area to buy a PM sim.....Here's a link to Customer Support...

Otherwise, just wait for the sim to arrive...could take 3 or 4 weeks after the strike and all.
