I'm facing an issue with accessing my Public Mobile account. When I attempt to log in, it prompts me to confirm my identity with a 6-digit code sent to a phone number that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I don't know what number this is, and I'm unable to receive the verification code.
Additionally, I'm being billed every month for my Public Mobile service, but I'm unable to cancel my preauthorized payment due to the access issue.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Click on Confirm Full Access at the bottom.

When clicking 'resend code' many times it prompt me back to this page.

Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone?
First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screenshot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.
Then, the next window that pops up is this.
Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your keypad.
You should now be able to get into your account.

If you click on the Didn’t Receive Code or Resend Code. You have the option to send the 2FA code by email.
If you are still having issues in login to your account then click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you access your account and change to your current number.
