How dare you take money without providing a service. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. You are an unethical company blocking all customers from accessing their accounts without a text verification. And what if your customers are out of country without text access???? CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND STOP TAKING PAYMENTS

if you go out of country and want to disable autopay for the duration of your trip...only YOU have that ability to do so. Just before you leave, you can disable Subscribed (autopay). Your account goes into "hibernation" as soon as most recent renewal is expired...then you have 90 days to re-enable and Resume your PM service. So you see, there's steps you need to take to make sure service is stopped as Public Mobile has no idea that you aren't in Canada. Don't assume that Public Mobile knows you're not here.

@mgo In your previous thread here
you were told how to contact customer service and also how to get the verification code by email if texting is not possible. You are only shouting at other customers here in the community.

ask PM to help to cancel the account and remove the credit card. You will need to message them here
