I cannot access my account. My phone was stolen and the verification was set to send a text message to my phone when I login. The email associated with the account is blocked as well so I cannot complete the forgot password. I do have the correct credentials to login and went and picked up another sim card thinking I could do a sim swap. How would I go about accessing my account. I can provide CC info and the account information but right now, I can't do anything.

Login on a pc. Once the code is sent by sms you then click didn't receive code and choose the email code option.

you now have no choice but to ask PM to help. You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
