Hey, my payment did not go through and I lost service. Today is the renewal date. I was wondering if we can re-attempt the payment so i have my service. Thanks

yes, you can certainly reattempt.

but better to try using browser with Incognito mode or try using PM app (remember to grant Location Permission for the app)

if both didn't work still, and you need to make payment urgently to resume service, get a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart (Pharmprix)/Circle K (Couche-tard)/711/Shell and then load the voucher using *611
