Ported number from PC mobile- cant send/receive text messages

I recently ported number from pc mobile, i noticed today that i cant send or receive text messages. Pc mobile sim is not active anymore

@AJ55  First try to reboot the phone and test public mobile sim if you haven’t already and know it can take up to two hours for the port to complete  . Also did your reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? Leaving old provider sim in the phone ? In any event I can send you the porting team number private message for update or if you need support here’s a link

can you make calls and receive? data works?

reboot the phone first.  If physical sim and you have another phone around, test it there

or if you need to ask PM to help, message them ( you can't use Chatbot ticket as you probably cannot receive the 2FA code)
