Hello @gurenmkd
If you want your service back up and running within minutes, just head over to Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up a Public Mobile voucher. Do it for a larger amount if you can, that way you don't have to worry about payment for a while. Then you just dial 611 on your phone, upload the voucher code to the automated system and then it should tell you the payment was made. Then you just reboot your phone and you're back up and running with minutes. Then you can reach out to a CS Agent and they can help you with your log in issues.

hi @gurenmkd new activation or existing subscriber? Is it showing SOS on your phone
first try reboot the phone, also try Reset All Networks and see if it works
if possible, test the sim card on another phone

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account if you haven’t click on Forgot Email or Password.

You might be late in making a Top-up payment because PM is on a 30 days cycle not monthly. The additional payment will be applied to your next bill.
If you are on AutoPay, you won’t have this issue.
Another option is to purchase vouchers and dial 611 and enter the voucher number.
Vouchers can be purchased from:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
