My Payment has been charging automatically, but today I saw my phone service was hold to expiration of my subscribe plan, so it said I need to change my plan. That's why today I could not use data outside.
Anyway I did but I don't understand this message.
Why my phone service was expired? I did not ask stop my service and even it was charged monthly.
Do I have to renew my service plan every month?
Could you explain this?
Anyway, I switched another plan and it started charge me the plan price, and they charged me $1.25 more, I don't know what it is?. Anyway, new plan and new data, but I still cannot use data for some reason, my account says I have almost full data, but my phone say I have 0 data, so I could not use data so far. Is there anyone help me to solve this?

That's not to say that there couldn't be related glitches, but I've checked around 6am ET on renewal date when my plan hadn't renewed yet. There weren't any of those messages about suspension.

added...if everything is working correctly, you don't need to take a new plan. Your current plan should just renew automatically, every 30 days as long as you have a valid payment card set to Subscribed (which means autopay). Let us know if you initiated a plan change today as a result of that confusing message you were given.
The Public Mobile self serve systems no longer give false plan suspended message until the services have actually been suspended. It used to be that such an error message would be shown on each renewal date (if teh customer took a look at a specific time), but that's no longer the case.
