Hi I joined public mobile about a month ago and my daughter had shared her referral code but I didn’t know how to add it when I signed up. She inquired about it and was told I had to initiate the help with her referral code to be added to my account. How do I go about doing that?

My friend that I referred to it set it up without using my referral code. Once it is set up you can't go back at add referral code unfortunately. We both lost out.

@Pgiordmaina - just to tag on, in the event that you will be referring someone, the add promo/referral code section is available during the setup process during one of the steps once the subscription value is shown. Hope this helps you to explain to any folks you may be referring in the future.
