Hi,
Today I was asked if my phone wasn't working, as when people called they couldn't get through.
Initially I tried calling out, and got a message that the call couldn't go (I don't recall exactly the message).
I reset and tried again. This time the call would show up (when I called or received a call) but not connect. It suggested I call 611. When I tried that, it wouldn't ring/connect.
I then logged in and it said my payment wasn't made (due today) and so service was cancelled.
I'm unsure why payment wasn't automatically processed, as has been done since I've been a subscriber (at least 2 years now).
Has something changed on the back-end? Will this be the process going forward?
Any advice to automate this would be great, so I'm not in the same spot every month.

So, did you make a payment to renew?
Autopay will fail occasionally, hard to tell why but it happens
