Hello, I created an account for public mobile but I never received a QR code to activate my eSIM. Can anyone help with this? My credit card was charged but it’s still not working.

Did you create or finish signing up via the Public Mobile app? If not, that is how you finish the set up. If you did finish via the app and still haven't received your eSIM via email, see the bottom right corner chat bubble, click on that and enter Customer Service Agent and follow the prompts to get help.

you must download the free PM app to your cell, then you should be able to complete activation successfully.
