I added another subscription and esim card to my account and now I'm locked out of my account 🙃

So, I did not add a new email or password, I tried to change the plan and I followed the prompts. I had signed in and instead of going to the bottom and switching there I just clicked the plan I wanted, which I now know was the wrong way to do it.

You are permitted to have one account per email. So if you started another account with a different email, then at the bottom of that log in page will be forget email or forget password. You will have to do a few things first. First clear your cache, history and cookies. Then wait one hour and try again. If your still unable to, there is a chat bubble at the bottom right corner of this page to reach a CS Agent.
