I have checked my APN settings in accordance to all the posts and chat help on Public Mobile and they are correct. I've been a customer with PM since 2016 and have only had issues wen I forgot the change the APN after switching my phone. I haven't switched my phone in over a year. The only thing that changed was I had to change my payment method in my subscription. I have restarted my phone more than once as well. I don't know what to do.

OnePlus 9 Pro 5G. I have updated the APN to what you posted and restarted again and it finally sent.  Thanks!

@Lackey250 whatmodel of phone is that?  Again, a delete APN, re-add new one with the parameters above should work.

Worst case, support could make it work if your phone is not older than 2017.  Just open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Hmm my phone was an unlocked sprint phone I purchased 2 years ago. ...it sounds like that is why it no longer works. That is RIDICULOUS if that is the case!

@Lackey250

what phone do you have?

Not sure if your phone is affected by this announcement:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Picture-and-Group-Messaging-End-Date-Fe...

if you are using a device that released after 2017, generally, you can simply click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

but if that does not work, there might be a bit more work than simply updating.  Many confirmed that you need to delete the current APN profile first.  Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensitive and do not add extra spaces.  Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone first
