i can't use my Data of my plan in phone.

1, mobile data is "ON" in setting, but there is a question mark on signal icon, indicating 'NO Internet Access".  and i have confirmed i have an active plan with available data 1G.

2, Can you help me to solve the data issue (data can't be used), please?
this is i searched in google" carrier can reset my account and reset my SIM card remotely, which should restore my internet access".
3, when i turn off wifi, there is no internet. 
i can send/receive message, call/receive phone, but can't use data, no internet (data used is 0 now).
in setting, mobile data is "ON". 
4, my name: BING xx my phone number: 437-xxx-xxxx. my email: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. my account number:1000-000-xxxx-xxxx

I just open the new public mobile on Dec 5.  talk and texting work. deta never work since i active the plan.

my phone is android.

Hi @bingli , check your APN settings under cellular data network. What does it say there?

More information will be helpful.

Does talk and texting work?  Which model phone are you using?  did data work before.?

You could try a reboot of your phone. Network rest of phone.
