Why does my account have roaming add ons for the US when my terms and conditions state i have 50G of data within Canada and the US?

the plan you have, does provide for use whilst in USA and Canada. Some PM'ers have Canada only plans and if we travel to USA, we use one of the 15 Day US roaming add-ons available for purchase. Is that what you're asking about ?

@Melnee  The account shows US roaming add ins for those folks that don’t have CAN/US plan such as yourself that needs it when going to the U.S.

We recently travelled from Ontario to BC. Along the route we got texts asking us if we wanted to use US Accounts. We declined!

Hi @Melnee 

was the charge show up on your My Account's Payment history? 

PM won't add any addon itself, so, maybe you clicked wrong?  If you are sure you didn't do it but the charge showing on Payment history, open a ticket for further investigation

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
