the $10 rewards will show up as a credit on the new account within 72 hours after activation. The credit can be used for renewal
so, wait 72 hours and check My Account again. If still not see the rewards, please check with PM support
then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
