I received a message from Public Mobile indicating that my account was on hold due to an unresolved payment issue, but when I logged into my account there were no error messages and my payment details all appeared correct. I am not sure what the problem is or how to address it.

I raised a ticket to be sure. The agent confirmed that the text message was a mistake.

if you have the service now, login My Account and confirm if the account is active. if so, just ignore the text
PM support has confirmed that PM has sent out those text wrong to some users. So, you are probably one of them and you can ignore the text
