Ever since I transferred from Rogers to Public Mobile, my calls have been dropping. Today alone, my calls dropped three times in mid sentence during a meeting.
What Is going on that the calls are dropping so frequently and what is Public Mobile doing about it? Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have a e-SIM.
My phone service worked great before I switched to Public Mobile on March 21, 2024. Ever since, my phone calls have been dropping calls. I live in Prince Edward Island. We have a 5G network, so I’m not sure why Public Mobile’s calls are failing? 🤷🏻♀️ At this moment, I only have one bar. This is unacceptable, especially since we don’t have a direct line home phone anymore since years now, just our cell phones.

in the cellphone Settings...try changing to 3G rather than LTE or 5G. That worked for me when I had similar issue as you describe.

Note, I transferred over to Public Mobile weeks ago on March 21, 2024. I’ve gad poor call connections since then.
