I subscribed Public Mobile and Transported my Number and it worked for 2 days after which my transported number is gone and a new number is assigned by Public Mobile, I dont need a new number, need help.

you sure your had incoming calls on your old number in the last 2 days?
Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply YES?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done
It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

The only way to find out what happened there would be to ask a Public Mobile customer support agent. Please open a ticke using either the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or through the support section of the Public Mobile app.
