New Activating Issue

Hello, I created my Public Mobile account on my desktop, picked a plan, purchase went through my Visa and then the website said to install the Android App and continue on my phone.

I then installed the Android App, logged in with my new account username and password.  When I got through to the final step of porting my number and activating, the app said my activation failed and prompted me to login to chat.  

I went to log back in on my desktop to "chat", entered username/password and then emailed me a 6 digit code to login with.  I then received a blank white page that said  "Forbidden A1".

 So i cleared my app cache and data, restarted my phone, and now it will not let me login on the app... It starts to try to login but then kicks me out to the username and password screen again.

Thoughts?

Hi, instead of using the chatbot, use the following link instead to contact support. Ensure you’re logged in to this community account and monitor the envelope icon on the top right for the response. There should also be a chat icon here on the bottom which you can open a ticket using.
