Hi,
I just ported my number to telus. I want to make sure my contracted is cancelled. It will no longer let me login and chnage my plan. Is it canaceled or what do I need to do?

Truth be told @hairbag1 , you can request this but I highly doubt they do it. What proof do we have it's done? Plus technically it's on the Telus network which the customer moved to.... not sure there is any reason to bother a CS Agent for this. Just my opinion.

hi @alllllllllll there is no contract here and account is closed after port. You can try to lock in my account and you shouldn't be able to do , so that confirms your account is fully closed
