Cannot log into app on mobile to activate new SIM and transfer number

I was successful only once to log into the mobile app and once there it sent me to the FINAL STEP page but I could not proceed. I logged out and then tried logging in again and the could not after that. What is with my account?

it is not uncommon people got the error in the final step.  Support agent can help.   You can submit  ticket by direct message:
