Cannot activate esim

Hello

i w tried several time to activate my eSIM bit everything it failed during the eSIM installation or says eSIM not install

Hello,

I tried disabling the bell esim on the phone Im trying to enable your esim. It still will not install. I did not get an email with the QR code either. If this cannot be resolved then I just want my funds refunded back.

Please let me know if you can fix this

More details would be helpful.  

Are  you an existing customer ? Just moving the eSIM from another phone?

Or a new customer activating a new account with new eSIM?  If new customer, did you receive an email with a QR code for eSIM?  Might need to turn off the Bell eSIM card before installation of new PM eSIM.

What is the make and model of your phone?

so, you really don't see the esim on the Sim Manger screen?  Please check again.  if it is there, then it is a matter of how to enable it

and did you get the Welcome email? the eSIM QR code is there

or ask PM to help.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
