Payment didn’t go thru

I think payment didn’t go thru and now I have no data or phone. I’m at a loss with log on but can’t submit a ticket. I can’t activate with my phone number. Says it isn’t Canadian. Ive been with PM for a while. Please help

Would be nice if they helped me!  It’s been a week of going around in circles with the community and cs agent.  Gave them all my info and still can’t access account to update payment

you have loaded the voucher yet?  if not, call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone and load the voucher

after loading the voucher , reboot the phone and you should have service. 

For login My Account, the 2FA code is a security code send to your phone via SMS

if you have still cannot login , ask PM to sort it out.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Cs agent keeps telling me to come here

Bought voucher active but still can’t get into my account. Don’t know what fa2 code.

Check the status of your account by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and make a manual payment if your account is suspended.

The other option is to purchase vouchers then dial 611 and enter the voucher number. Voucher can be purchased from from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

Login on the PM app or online and have the 2FA code sent to your email when you click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code to access your account. Then check if the Subscription button is enabled for future payment on your registered CC on file.

If you are still having issues login to your account. Contact a CS_Agent by dm them or type in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot.
